Spring KangaTrail Series - North Van

Spring KangaTrail – North Vancouver

KangaTrail classes are held starting at Parkgate Park in North Vancouver.

KangaTrail is a guided outdoor walking and strength class designed for parents wearing their babies in a carrier. Classes take place outdoors on local trails and paths and focus on steady movement, strength-building, and confidence — for both parent and baby.

Each session runs approximately 1.25–1.5 hours and covers about 3 km, depending on location, weather, and group needs. The pace is supportive and adjustable, with time for stops, carrier checks, and conversation.

This program is offered as a series because consistency matters. Showing up with the same group each week reduces uncertainty, builds comfort outdoors, and creates a sense of community that drop-in classes can’t replicate.

You do not need previous fitness experience. You do not need a “perfect” babywearing setup. Carrier support and guidance are provided, and logistics are explained clearly before your first class so you arrive prepared.

If you’re unsure whether KangaTrail is right for you, questions are welcome.

If you’re unsure about your carrier fit or need support choosing an option, I’m trained in babywearing best practices and happy to help before or during class.

Classes run rain or shine. Umbrellas are welcome on wet days.
