How would you like to be supported?

Chef’s Specials

Private Chef Day
Best enjoyed before baby arrives, but equally comforting when booked during the early weeks postpartum. Designed to stock your kitchen with your curated menu.

Half Day Chef Session ‍ ‍The lighter option when you need a focused cooking session or immediate support of a smaller selection.

Daily Nourishment

Postpartum Doula Care
A comfort classic for families wanting ongoing support, guidance, and someone to help carry the day-to-day load.

Extended In-Home Support
Because recovery isn’t measured in weeks. Continue receiving practical care, nourishment, and guidance as your family finds its rhythm.

Chef’s Note: The most nourishing postpartum plans are often created before baby arrives.

Preparing Your Pantry

It isn’t only about food. It is also about knowledge, confidence, and support.

Personalized Postpartum & Newborn Planning Session
A guided session that isn’t about creating the perfect postpartum plan. It’s about helping you feel orientated before one of life’s biggest transitions. Together we’ll map out your support, recovery goals, feeding plans, nourishment, and the resources that will help you feel more prepared and less overwhelmed.

Prenatal Lactation Session
Build a foundation of knowledge before birth so you’re making decisions from understanding, not overwhelm. Leave with clearer understanding of what influences supply and how to recognize when you need additional support.

Chef’s Note: Postpartum Support doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Many families combine a Planning Session with a Chef Day or ongoing doula care.

Seasonal Specials

Restorative offerings for different seasons of postpartum & parenthood.

Rebozo Closing Ceremony
A gentle intentional ceremony to honour, integrate, and physically close as this transition period flows. Through bodywork, rest and reflection, this offering creates space to reconnect with yourself after birth OR after a meaningful life transition.
